Dr. Mirko S. Gilardino is a board-certified plastic surgeon and Professor of Surgery at the Faculty of Medicine at McGill University. He received his MD at McGill University, and completed his six years of Plastic Surgery training at both McGill University and the University of Toronto.

In addition to obtaining a Masters Degree in Experimental Surgery, he completed an additional year of surgical fellowship training at the University of Pennsylvania and the No.1 ranked Children's Hospital of Philadelphia in Complex Craniofacial Surgery. He is currently the Director of Craniofacial Surgery at the Montreal Children's Hospital and a teaching faculty at the McGill University Health Centre, Division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in Pediatric Craniofacial and Plastic Surgery, and Adult Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
